National Risk Assessment Advisory
A National Risk Assessment is one of the most consequential exercises a country undertakes in its AML/CFT framework, shaping regulatory priorities, resource allocation, and international credibility for years afterward. NRAs require coordinating dozens of stakeholders across law enforcement, financial regulation, and government, each holding different pieces of the risk picture, a process that frequently stalls without dedicated technical facilitation. We bring direct experience coordinating this process at the regional level.
What We Deliver
We support the country team from methodology design through stakeholder workshops, data validation, drafting, and finally translating assessment findings into a prioritized, resourced national action plan, informed by our direct experience with regional risk assessment coordination across ECOWAS Member States.
National governments, financial intelligence units, and inter-agency task forces preparing for or updating their NRA, particularly ahead of mutual evaluation cycles.
